The Gruppo Colorobbia, has since the early 90’s, placed an ever increasing attention on having in place and keeping active a Quality system that is run autonomously by each individual company .. This is demonstrated by the certificates obtained by Colorobbia España and Industrie Bitossi, Ce.ri.Col (Department of Colorobbia Italia) and those that we intend to obtain for other companies such as Inkabor.
It is, however, duteous to underline that the implementation of the control system rather than being merely dedicated to the obtaining of certificates, has represented during the course of the years a valid stimulus in reaching pre-fixed objectives, with the purpose of attaining the highest possible levels of efficiency and efficacy.
Notwithstanding the particularity of each specific company, the quality control system of the Group has as its finality that of understanding the necessities of the customers and satisfying their respective needs.
The reaching of the planned objectives, in order to continue to operate as a company of competitive success, is determined not only by the resources of the organization, but also by the attitude and attention towards problems of Quality. It is directly from this that the policy of the company derives and on which its principal fundamentals are based:
- Guarantee of continuous innovation, at a technological level, in respect of the quality levels of the customers, by means of the introduction of new products and the continuous improvement of the production processes. and of the production itself.
- Consultancy offered by the departments of the group, to the customers, both in terms of assistance of various problems and plant requirements, as also, advanced research of ceramic technical application.
- The adoption of a system of planning and control of extra-ordinary activities, with the purpose of improving and correcting, resolving and preventing aspects that do not conform to quality requirements.
